Kraker Trailers releases a new version of the “moving floor trailer for the heavy work” into the market. The floor of this trailer which has been developed by Cargo Floor, consists of 15 floor profiles all made of steel, as opposed to traditional 21 profile moving floors.
Steel floor for transportation of rough/abrasive products
The innovative nature of Kraker Trailers is once again reflected in this moving floor trailer. After the first generation of steel floored trailers, the Axel manufacturer now releases a further developed version into the market. This steel floor consisting of just 15 floor profiles was designed in consultation with producer Cargo Floor. By choosing 15 profiles instead of the 21, as in the standard floors a significant reduction in weight was achieved. The height of the floor profiles provides additional strength and moreover the moving floor has massive support across the entire length. A KTL layer of protection covering on the profiles protects the floor from corrosion.
All the work and technology that has gone into this new design has not been an unnecessary luxury, now given that the wide variety of products that can be transported using a moving floor trailer with this new C-shape H42 High Impact-floor. Scrap, sand, gravel and glass are just a few examples of the products that can be transported using this trailer. The design of this floor even makes is suitable for the transportation of pallets and big bags. All in all this makes this trailer multifunctional in its applications and use.
